Refund policy

PUBLIC EVENT TICKETS A credit voucher will be given if you need to cancel within 7 days of the ticketed event. If cancelling within 24 hours no credit will be given, although you may pass your ticket onto someone else. If you do not contact ART HAUS to advise you are no longer able to attend, you forfeit your ticket. All communications can be sent to info@arthausmackay.com.au

PRIVATE EVENT TICKETS All attendees must have paid in full at least 7 days prior to the private event.  A minimum of 7 days' notice must be given if cancelling a private event, and a credit for a later date will be offered.
